Job Description

Regional Talent Acquisition Lead

Mission

As a TA Lead you will partner with key stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies, drive appropriate employer branding & TA campaigns and join and lead a small team of recruiters to deliver top quality end-to-end recruitment life cycle that supports the business objectives and growth. In this role, you will understand external trends in the market, engage top talents for our opportunities, actively be involved in the progress and status of all open roles, assess and evaluate team’s challenges to guide/ support them to efficiently close the roles. More importantly, you must be an agile individual who not only thrives in a dynamic work environment, but has the X-factor and network to attract the right talents to be part of the MoneySmart growth story.

Main responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

  • Take full ownership of designing, developing and implementing TA Strategies, KPIs and Action Plan for all MS market
  • Be an advisor and subject matter expert on talent strategies, market updates and employer brand positioning
  • Guide/ Coach (hiring managers, when applicable) to enhance candidates’ experience process in order to drive better branding for MS
  • Own/ Drive the end-to-end recruitment for roles in the region
  • Be a brand ambassador for MS business in social media platforms and TA related events
  • Effectively build a sustainable talent ecosystem in terms of building a network of talent pool, especially for ‘ever-green’/ high-demand roles
  • Take ownership in liaising with Leadership team in key projects such as Recruiting campaign, Employer of Choice program, Graduates/ Intern recruitment etc
  • Provide training to new people managers on talent attraction & recruitment topics, interviews techniques, when required
  • Proactively contribute ideas and recommendation to Head of People & Culture in initiatives/ activities to improve and streamline recruitment processes
  • Create and maintain data-backed reports and analysis for the leadership team to help drive strategic decision-making in TA subject matter.
  • Provide support to the Head of People & Culture on all ad-hoc requests or projects pertaining to Recruitment / Talent management.

As a successful applicant, you will have

  • 5 years or more experience in-house talent acquisition focus roles, in local/ start-up environment, preferably in technology/ software industry
  • Track record in developing and implementing successful employer branding, recruitment campaign and leading a small team
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders & candidates of all levels
  • Good business acumen and an aptitude to contribute in a high growth business.
  • Strong operational, and analytical skills
