Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To assist China and Taiwan customers that are advertising in certain social media platform, address to their enquiry via live chat and email
  • Small volume of inbound outbound calls

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holders require at least customer service 1 year experience or above, SPM holders at least 3 years customer service experience
  • 5 days work week, shift rotation (including night shift)

Job Benifits

  • Mandarin allowance RM500
  • Night Shift Allowance RM20/hour (max cap RM100/day)
