Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and set expectations for the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of ongoing recruitment activities and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interviews, and selection decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
