Job Description


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall objectives and culture.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and implement effective performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on relevant changes in HR legislation.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee morale, and promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain high-performing employees.
  • Oversee HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level HR management role, with a minimum of [10] years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop HR team members.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to anticipate HR needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
