Job Description

Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) is a real estate investment holding company, a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Yayasan Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (YAHB). It was established on 8 May 2006 with the aim to boost Bumiputera ownership of prime commercial real estate assets in Malaysia. Its key delivery vehicle is Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB), a shariah-compliant unit trust fund.
PHB’s core business is to strategically acquire and develop properties at prime locations in Malaysia and to share the benefits of ownership therefrom via issuance of trust units to Bumiputera community through Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB).

  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
  • Assist the Manager and HOD on the following :
  • Provide information on the C&B to the PHB staff and Auxiliary Police (AP).
  • To monitor their annual leave and other leaves applied by the Aps including their annual leave balance and brought forward leave.
  • To monitor their medical utilization-inpatient and outpatient for the year and advise them for the exceeded entitlement.
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Assist with the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the job posting, screening, interviewing, offer process, pre-on boarding support and background check, and actual on-boarding itself.
  • Assist to arrange an interview session for PHB and Nu Sentral Sdn Bhd.
  • Employee Relations & Policies/System
  • Resolve work-related issues promptly to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction and motivation.
  • Maintain employee data and improve on automation processes in the company’s HR Information System.
  • Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze company-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with labour law and regulations.
  • Report
  • Assist the Manager to do a monthly HR report such as demographic etc.
  • To prepare a report and monitor the attendance report of PHB staff and APs.
  • Filing System
  • Assist in managing, coordinating, updating and maintaining the filing and recording system in relation to PHB and Nu Sentral Sdn Bhd matters.
  • Others
  • Any other tasks with regard to HR matters as instructed by the Management from time to time.

Requirement

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Proficient in HR matters.
  • Hands on experience in full spectrum of human resource management.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good communication skill and problem solving skill as well as interpersonal skill.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
  • Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful & Analytical with strong leadership qualities.
  • Diplomatic and discreet.
  • Maintain a high level of Confidentiality and Integrity.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience preferably in Human Resource.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel & powerpoint.
  • Strong knowledge of all labour legislations i.e Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act. Socso Act.
