  • Building strong base of end-user networks for business opportunities and requirementsIdentifying and researching business opportunities that come up in new or existing markets.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions to their problems by building a pipeline in accordance to targets
  • Take a leading role in development of proposals and presentations
  • Establish and develop outbound sales and business development strategy, processes, structure and best practices across the company
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and formulating advertising solutions for their business.
  • Leading presentations and insightful pitches to attract potential clients.
  • Spearhead the Procurement process to register company as a vendor in other companies.
  • Following up with current and future clientele to offer marketing solutions to their problems.
  • Collecting and analyzing current trends in the media to gather market information to identify opportunities to grow.
  • Attending to any other duties relating to Business Development which may be assigned from time to time.
  • Negotiating with clients to break the deal.
  • Being able to close deals without much supervision from The Manager.
  • Attending client briefs online and offline.
  • Understanding client briefs and informing the team on relevant information for them to help curate proposals.
  • Constantly updating the company’s profile and website and keeping tabs on all the new projects and projects at hand.
  • Assisting in completing ad-hoc tasks & projects.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Masters’ degree in business, business administration, marketing or any related field.
  • Proven 5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or business development
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in any CRM software or other relevant tools.
  • An expert in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies.
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects, time management and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Able to work independently and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
