Job Description

About The Job Sales Operation Planning Manager

Our client is a MNC automotive company with global presence and they are looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Sales Operations Manager for its ASEAN markets. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee production and demand/sales planning and shipment timing of vehicles, working closely with General Distributors around the ASEAN Region.

Job Responsibilities Includes

  • Manage general distributors planning, ordering and production cycle processes, formulation and analysis of inventory and sales forecasts and production plans.
  • Coordinate On time delivery information flow between headquarters, sales team and general distributors.
  • Reporting management on existing orders, inventory and sales operation matters.
  • Coordinate special shipments, transit damage process, problem vehicles resolution as regular course of business requires.

Person Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in automotive industry with automotive and production/sales planning experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications / Excel / data base management.
  • Knowledge and experience in automobile order to delivery operations.
