Job Description

We are a well-established company in seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets with the team. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Identify and target potential customers through various lead generation methods.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any issues or concerns.
3+ years sales experience,
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Diploma and Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Highly motivated with a passion for sales.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Adaptability to changing market conditions.
Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
