Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Interact with prospects to build and strengthen customers’ relationships with partners in electrical trading companies and wholesalers in line with the company’s strategies and direction
  • Increase sales by promoting full portfolio products, training, seminars, and executing marketing activities/campaigns with customers to create sustainable businesses for Ledvance Malaysia in line with sales plans and promotions
  • Timely reporting and analysis on market/competitor activities and sales bulletins
  • Achieve sales quota to achieve on-target earnings
  • Travel required to visit customers
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job requirements:

  • Diploma graduate in Engineering / Key Account/ Sales Management discipline in the business-to-business environment
  • Relevant sales and operations experience in the lighting industry. 
  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated team player and results-oriented individual to drive sales activities with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication skills and networking ability
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
