Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To prepare sebutharga/tender documents.
  • Particular and carefully while preparing the sebutharga/tender documents.
  • To prepare quotation.
  • Liaise directly with Sales Manager/Sales Representative on preparing sebutharga/tender documents.
  • Act as the point of contact for all sebutharga/tender participation.
  • Can work under pressure and within deadline.
  • Can work extra hour or during weekend for sebutharga/tender submission.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years working experience in related field (Administrative).
  • In-depth understanding with E-Perolehan System.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Good organization and time-management skills.
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
