We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or any other related disciplines
  • Working experience in financial services sector is an added advantage

On The Job You Will

  • Plan and implement project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets.
  • Act as project governor to ensuring all projects are executed in compliance with company standards, as well as regulations where applicable.
  • Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to monitor project outcomes against KPIs and market dynamics.
  • Partner with functional leaders to provide reporting on spend and resource planning.
  • Work with Finance on budget cycle, budget utilization and available funds monitoring and support in project prioritization assessment.
  • Liaise with regional team to align on the portfolio reporting, implementation of new guidelines, etc.
  • Gather and analyze project data to identify areas of improvement and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags.
  • Perform and/or leverage on market/customer research and conduct competitor analysis to identify the trends, gaps and opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, revenue, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Assist in company performance management and reporting as well as strategic planning process to ensure strategic initiatives and the corporate portfolio of businesses are optimized to support the strategy.
