Job Description:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
  • Manage, organize and maintain CEO’s schedule, including setting up appointments with potential clients ·
  • Acting as first point of contact between CEO and internal or external stakeholders. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of CEO, phone calls and other form of communication
  • Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company processes are handled efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contact database.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administrative, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar roles, supporting high-level executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required to work with both internal and external parties.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, dependable, meticulous, assertive and can-do personality.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, able to proactively determine priorities and appropriate sequencing.
  • Must be discreet, especially in managing personal and confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Business travels required (Kuala Lumpur and Singapore)
  • Hybrid working arrangement
