Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Working with senior leadership, both BU and Region, in executing Marketing development across the Region and support strategic decisions for global stakeholders, other regions, and BU Marketing Directors.
  • Co-customize and provide support for the execution of the brand/innovation strategy for the BUs that is consistent with GSCP principles
  • Key point of contact for leading alignment of cross-regional and cross-BU priorities, and resource allocation for innovation and big bet development.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams (BU Marketing Directors, Consumer Insights, cross functional leaders, and external agencies) through the execution process of all key initiatives
  • Key partner with BUs on brand equity & portfolio initiatives and further co-customize core brands across the Region to increase brand presence and profitable growth, This includes: Market situation analysis / consumer needs / market maturity / competitor reviews / right to win; Brand Portfolio Management; Laws of Growth; Annual planning and process

Key KPIs

  • Deliver GSCP Compliance and Franchise Model Compliance with regards to marketing protocols as per the new BU structure.
  • Provide capability and strategic input to BUs for their strategy execution in local markets

Key Stakeholders

  • Internal – BU Marketing teams, Global Acceleration teams, consumer insights, cross functional leaders, R&D, PCDM, FP&A, RGM teams
  • External – External Agencies

Requirements

  • ‘8+ years of experience in marketing or FP&A management position or consultancy
  • Brand & Product Management expertise
  • Cross functional experience
  • Min. University degree
  • Masters in Business Administration (preferred)
