Job Description

Our Company:

Our client has become one of the major retailer, distributor and wholesaler stationary in the country. The client has 46 years of experience in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for all marketing collaterals. Communicate with target audiences and create collaterals according to their feedback.
  • Assist to manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
  • Write and proofread copy and ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Assist to ensure inventory of all marketing collaterals and actively prepare for annual exhibition
  • Assist to source for advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications – or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign
  • Maintain and update customer databases and send out emailer regularly
  • Organize and prepare for events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Update company website, profile, online brand store and product listing
  • Engage consumers on social media for B2C market such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok and etc
  • Assist to handle E-Store advertisement and ordering process.
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Learn, understand, and collect in depth knowledge about the Brands/Products that are under the purview of the company
  • Conduct sales presentation, product demonstration.
  • Provide added value to the sales and marketing capabilities of the company.
  • Provide customer service to existing customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Illustrator, adobe, photoshop
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Required Skill (s) : Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • FMCG working experience is added advantage

RM 3,00.00 – RM 4,00.00
