Job Description


Our client is an Asset Management arm under one of the Cambodia conglomerates. Due to the business expansion locally and internationally, they are seeking for an experience Marketing Director to join the business. This Marketing Director will play a crucial role in driving the company’s marketing and branding efforts and the successful person will work closely with the sales, investment, and development teams, as well as the hospitality and tourism teams, to build a sustainable and strong business pipeline.

What You Will Do

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that is in line with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Overseeing all aspects of brand development, advertising, media & public relations, digital marketing, event management, roadshow, and corporate identity initiatives
  • Managing media relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and other digital channels
  • Developing and executing event management, roadshow strategies and product launches, to increase brand awareness and attract new investors and business partners
  • Managing & mentoring a team of marketing professionals and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise in the course of marketing operations
  • Developing and executing corporate identity initiatives to ensure consistency across all communication channels

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing management or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Knowledge of marketing operations and industry trends
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Candidate will be stationed in Cambodia Phnom Penh
