POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

  • Ensure digital transformation programs planning and delivery are in line with MAHB digital strategic roadmap with timely rollout to MA(Sepang) and MASB airports
  • Lead business requirements gathering from internal and external stakeholders to ensure that digital transformation programs drive organizational improvement as well as passenger digital journey realization

Essential Position Functions

  • Lead digital project business requirements gathering and establish solid solution design requirements
  • Evaluate translated technical requirements and ensure key aspects are in the solution design
  • Drive execution of pivotal projects for effective implementation
  • Review, recommend and lead development of process improvement derived from new solution designs
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to manage timely projects delivery and successful implementation
  • Manage anticipated resistance and manage stakeholders expectations
  • Ensure user readiness for rollout and integrate change management activities to drive adoption
  • Engage and coach managers and senior leaders for organizational buy-in

  • Influencing sponsors, champions and project owners.
  • Influencing stakeholders to adopt new changes.
