WE ARE LOOKING FOR …..
According to the business changes and needs to capture and document requirements as (FS) functional specification. Support PM to provide estimation by assessing and analysing those changes. During development period support the communication and delivery of these requirements with relevant parties and conduct system briefing and user training while needed.
Beside above, BA may assist user to finalize BRD (business requirement document) and design team for user interface (UI) design, write or review testing plan/case and conduct testing to ensure system implementation/ enhancement is meeting business needs.
Assessing, analysing user requirements, and establishing system objectives

  • Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specification, system testing plan and User manual, etc.
  • Support the communication within business parties and development team
  • Work with developers to support end (UAT) user acceptance testing.
  • Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change and provide impact analysis.
  • Contributing to the development of test plans and test scripts as well as performing test execution as required.
  • Conduct system demonstration while needed.
  • Conduct User training while needed
