Synergy House began manufacturing wooden toys in 1985 before moving into home furniture in 1994. After 15 years of experience, we set our focus towards children’s bedroom sets in 200. Though our process of continuous improvement, we always look for new designs as well as creating the right products to make kids happy. The children furniture that we supply is not only fabricated by high quality materials but it also enhances safety features and designs for the children. Our furniture is specially designed for the growing needs of your children by concentrating on developing better posture among children. And now, we are seeking for high caliber candidate to join our fast growing company. OUR PHILOSOPHIES We wish to spark off the imagination in children who sleep on our beds so that they can create their own fantasies in dreamland. We make every effort to care for children’s safety as we believe children are precious. We dream of putting a smile on every child’s face, helping them to sleep in comfort and grow towards a brighter tomorrow.
Duties And Responsibilities Include

  • Maintaining existing customer account and develop new customer account via emails, phone, showroom visits and exhibitions.
  • Preparation of proforma invoices, purchase orders, quotations to generate company’s sales revenue.
  • Coordinate with Shipping team for all export documentation based on customer requirement.
  • Follow Up all the outstanding payment from customer and liaising with finance department.
  • Quality inspection arrangement with internal and external QC.
  • Engage in resolving customer complaints closely with other relevant departments.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure customer’s information is flowed smoothly.
  • Coordinate with designer team for all new development idea to proposed to the current/new customer.
  • Preparing all the relevant master document to issue to the related department as the key of communication to flow the info based on the customer request.
  • The daily relevant ad-hoc activities required in the marketing department.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required Language: English, Mandarin
  • Preferably Language : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Independent, resourceful and prepared to work hands on.
  • Full Time positions available.
  • 5 working days per week
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
  • Can start work immediately
