Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To attend to customer inquiries and concerns from e-commerce channels via outbound calls
  • To build meaningful relationships with potential customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution and negotiating a positive outcome for the Customer
  • To provide informative messages and proactive follow-up service to successful customers
  • To meet and exceed Company’s sales goals and productivity targets

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Possess minimum education level SPM
  • Preferably with experience in Sales / Retails/ Direct
  • Be initiative and has strong integrity, good interpersonal skill, and a result-driven personality
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa or English
  • A positive attitude is required
  • Full-time position available
  • Must be willing to work in the Mont Kiara area

Job Benifits

  • Working hours/Days: Monday – Sunday (5.5 days/week)
  • Shift Arrangement: 9 am – 6 pm / 12 pm – 9 pm / 9 am – 2 pm (3 shifts)
  • Basic Salary: RM 2,300 – RM2,600 + Incentives (subject to T&C)
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS Contributions adhered
  • 12 Days Annual Leaves
  • Medical & Hospitalization leave observed
  • Outpatient Medical Claim for Self + Immediate Family Members
  • Season Parking/Traveling Pass Subsidy
  • Training provided
  • Commission can earn up to RM 5,00
