Job Description

Account Research And Analysis

  • Conduct research on potential customers and industries to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and gather relevant information to personalize sales approaches.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through various channels such as email, social media, and networking events.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and provide value-added information to build trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and offer customized solutions.

Consultative Selling

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their unique requirements and providing consultative sales support.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver tailored product presentations or demonstrations.
  • Offer expert advice, recommendations, and solutions based on a deep understanding of the customer’s business and industry.

Upselling And Cross-selling

  • Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts to upsell additional products or services.
  • Present and promote relevant upgrades, add-ons, or complementary offerings that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the customer and internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and negotiate favorable terms.

Account Management

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Regularly review customer accounts, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products, services, and support to customers.

  • Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in client servicing/ account management/ sales in related fields are required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Experience in E-Commerce and Logistic will be added advantage.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a must, because need to deal with Mandarin speaker customers).
  • Possess own transport.
