Job Description

  • Take on the enjoyable task of handling guest reviews from various platform issues across our global market. Please note that your designated market may change or expand, providing variety to your role.
  • Become a trusted “Account Manager” for platforms like Airbnb, building positive relationships with their agents and enjoying seamless cooperation.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure favourable outcomes for our guests, hosts, and GuestReady. You’ll handle high-level escalations, but don’t worry, we’ll support you every step of the way.
  • Embrace your resourcefulness and proactivity, which are essential skills for this role. While you’ll have access to various tools and receive guidance in the beginning, you’ll soon become self-reliant and fully autonomous.
  • Be the decision-maker for your cases, guiding other teams and ensuring progress towards resolution. It’s a straightforward role, and you’ll know exactly where your cases stand.
  • Attention to detail is important, but it won’t be overwhelming. Just ensure you have a good understanding of timelines and documentation when handling cases.
  • Occasionally provide feedback on cases that were mishandled, offering suggestions for improvement. It’s an opportunity to contribute to our continuous growth and share your insights.
  • Be open to constructive feedback on your performance, as we believe in your ability to learn and grow. Mistakes happen, and we encourage a supportive environment where you can move forward.
