Job Description

Salary : RM4,00 to RM4,500 + commission
Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with potential clients to achieve revenue targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and initiatives for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and meetings
  • Liaise & coordinate with client, design & project team, sub-contractor and preparation of relevant documents to ensure smooth operation
  • Collection of payments
  • Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard
  • Manage overall pre-show planning, deadlines and execution, site inspection of works in progress whenever necessary
  • To negotiate with supplier and recommend suitable price, to immediate superior for approval.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field of study
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales & project experience in the exhibition industry
  • Able to work under pressure/long working hours/weekends/public holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • An independent and proactive team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
