About You

We’d need you to be a confident but friendly communicator – in person, on Teams calls and via email. Most importantly, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about the world of media. We are an extremely energetic and hardworking team and are looking for someone who is excited to build a strong foundation to kick-start their career.

Essential Criteria

  • Consistently strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy even when under pressure
  • Organized and efficient with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Someone who’s not afraid to speak up and give his/her opinion, with the ability to use, monitor and question data to deliver the best outcome
  • Desire to work within a team environment, able to take direction from various members of the team (including Client Leadership, Digital and Strategy) and action accordingly
  • Some experience in the industry and a basic understanding of the media landscape is preferred
  • A collaborative self-starter who is keen to take on challenges with enthusiasm as well as the ability to deliver the basics accurately and on time
  • Good numerical skills and people skills

  • Brief the creative, design and media teams
  • Develop campaign timing plans
  • Arrange meetings, set agendas and follow up with actions
  • Research customer behaviour and trends
  • Plan and execute digital/social campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with Account Planners, Media Planners, Content Planners and Analysts
  • Contribute insights and strategic thinking to all areas of the business
  • Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience
  • Take and respond to briefs, both internal and external
  • Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard
  • Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables
  • Present work internally and externally
  • Complete work to deadline and often under pressure
