Position Description:

  • Responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full Lenovo ISG Product Portfolio (including including Server, Storage, SDI, Networking, Software, DataCenter Solutions & Services), and selling against the competition.
  • Consistently to perform both detailed ISG related Data Center solution presentations and demonstrations via phone, computer, or a combination of both (Webex, TEAM, Zoom etc) with customers.
  • Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.
  • Leads sales and customer relationship on Named accounts (defined Sales territory) for ISG products & services. Address the whitespace customers of selected countries.
  • Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast, opportunity management (discovery, progression, conversion) in line with Sales Plans.
  • Effectively partners with Alliance Partners and subject matter Experts in a way that brings energy and focus to simplify sales execution and move the business forward.
  • Collaborate with Partner ecosystem to ensure sales execution (on Sales territory) in alignment with Partner Ecosystem rules and definitions (driving own Sales territory & strategy in line with sales plans).
  • Support and co-ordinate post-sales activities as appropriate for Customer Experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales activities are successfully on execution.
  • KPI as selected Product Champion of selected geo within the sales community to drive the awareness and Attach Rate.

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Sales & IT industry. Ability to learn and present DataCenter Solution portfolio. Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity technical organization.
  • Passion and understanding of the sales process. Must have the ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities.
  • Sound phone skills. English verbal and written communication skills are required. Multiligual (Mandarin, Tagalog, Malay, Japanese, Korea) will be advantage.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills High level of flexibility and self-reliance. Goal-oriented.
