Job Description

Are you a relationship builder with a passion for driving revenue growth? If so, we want you to join our team as our Freelance Business Development Lead.

A glimpse of what you’ll do :

The Business Development Lead serves as a consultant for fast-paced business under the human capital management pillar of the client’s business. The role requires the ability to identify, and acquire new clients and stay updated on market trends.

As part of our agile team, you’ll be at the forefront of managing your own client campaign and connected all the way through from planning to execution for all client-related matters. If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in B2B services, this role might be for you.

Your day to day:

  • Ability to independently procure new business for business expansion.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure the human capital services are set up according to best practices.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience and education in fields of Marketing / Business Administration or related.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation and writing skills.
  • Experience in the staffing / recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrated interest in researching and learning new skills.
  • In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business goals.
