Job Description

About The Job Brand Manager

Our client is a MNC automotive company with global presence and they are looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Brand Manager for its ASEAN markets.

The primary focus of this role is to drive the Product Lifecycle Management for existing vehicle models for achieving sales volume, support New Model development for achieving Midterm & Long term Volume plan, Pricing management, and lead Market product launch.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities & requirements from Importer/ Distributor/ Dealer Carflow for Volume development.
  • Support Volume achievement through development of promotion offers for existing models.
  • Finalisation of Specification & Features for Special Editions / New models.
  • Secure launch timing for Special Editions/ New Models as per market requirement.
  • Pricing reviews with Market & global teams.
  • Ensure readiness of Product launch activities for Sales/ Aftersales/ Marketing/ PR/ Pricing/ Accessories.
  • Work closely with Field Operations & Markets (Importers/ Dealers) On Product/ Pricing/ Launch topics.
  • Support training function with Product Features/ specification/ content.
  • Strong coordination with Global/ regional teams on Product/ Pricing topics.

Person Requirements

  • A Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years related brand marketing experience. Primarily Product Planning, Project Mgmt/ additional roles in Sales Planning/ Mktg would be an advantage
  • Regional experience in ASEAN countries is desired but not a pre-requisite.
  • Result Oriented & customer focussed.
