Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and replenishing as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person, and take messages.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical office documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials.
  • Assist with simple administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, recruiting and correspondence.
  • Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
  • Collaborate with the teams to develop sales materials and presentations.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Min possess SPM or diploma qualification or proven relevant experience in the role.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
