Job Description

Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Handle basic book keeping / full sets of account in accordance to accounting standards and Company Act.
  • Responsible for accounts payable and receivables tasks.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Prepare & process AR & AP invoices, business expenses and any other required payments.
  • Processing Inter-Company billing.
  • Check Director/ staff expenses claim & Director’s credit card claims.
  • Assist to prepare yearly audited summary reports & accounts summary.
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks.

Assist the Director in personal/official administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Arranging appointments and restaurant reservations for personal and professional needs.
  • Assist with family and household events e.g.RSVP, catering etc.
  • Source for online and/or offline purchases and handle logistics e.g. payment, shipping, insurance.
  • Assist with matters concerning other household staff: domestic helpers, driver.
  • Responsible for day-to-day office administration tasks.
  • Preparation of forms /or work processes.
  • Liaise with Singapore HR & Group President’s Office on delegated tasks.
  • Run errands and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.


  • Assist in any ad hoc duties and assignments.

  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Accounting and/or Audit position is a plus.
  • Possess relevant qualifications required for the role.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently with good time management skills.
  • Good team player, adaptable and able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills (English, Mandarin and Malay). The role might require interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
