What you’ll do:

⭐Assist with the preparation of full set of accounts of group of companies account including bank reconciliation.
⭐Perform daily accounting operations, including posting journal entries and reconciling between subsidiaries and general ledger.
⭐Responsible for yearly statutory audit.
⭐Prepare financial forms, documents, and reports.
⭐Prepare quarterly and yearly budgets and financial statements.
⭐Prepare monthly and yearly accounts management reports.
⭐Arrange for billing and receipts of administrative expenses.
⭐Arrange payment for office expenses and claims.
⭐Liaise with banker, auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary and head office.
⭐Maintaining records and filing systems.
⭐Provide support as and when needed on ad-hoc assignments.
⭐Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Who you are:

⭐You are a graduate with Accounting Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certification ACCA/MIA is a plus.
⭐You have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in handling a full set of accounts.
⭐ You’re experienced with cloud Accounting software such as Xero and/or Quickbooks (it’s an an added advantage!)
⭐You have good knowledge on accounting double entry, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
⭐ You have great professional proficiency in English.
⭐ You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
⭐ You’ve got to have excellent strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
⭐ You’re also self-motivated and proactive; able to work meticulously under tight deadlines.
